A Travel Physical Therapist will provide hospital-based outpatient, inpatient acute, and swing therapy on a 13-week contract in Colebrook, New Hampshire. The setting is a critical access hospital serving varied rehabilitation needs across multiple patient types.

• Evaluate therapy needs and develop treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercise, mobility training, and gait training
• Assist with recovery in outpatient, acute, and swing care settings

• New Hampshire Physical Therapist license
• Basic Life Support certification through AHA
