Travel Physical Therapist in New London, NH

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide outpatient rehabilitation care in a critical access hospital for a 13-week contract in New London, New Hampshire. The rehab unit treats stroke recovery, orthopaedic surgery recovery and athletes returning to sport, with EPIC charting.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy and functional training
• Treat orthopedic, neurological and post-surgical conditions
• Assist with gait, balance and mobility rehabilitation
• Educate patients on home exercise and recovery goals
• Document care in EPIC

• New Hampshire Physical Therapist license
• BLS through AHA
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
