A Travel Physical Therapist will assess and treat residents in a nursing home unit in Newton, Texas on a 13-week contract. The role focuses on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and supporting individualized goals for daily function.

• Evaluate patients and identify movement and functional deficits
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on findings and physician orders
• Provide therapy to reduce pain and improve mobility and function
• Reassess response to treatment and adjust plans as needed
• Manage discharge planning from the first visit through completion of care
• Document care clearly and communicate with patients, families, and the care team
• Supervise and delegate to ancillary staff and students as allowed
