Travel Physical Therapist in Dallas, TX

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide evaluation and treatment in an acute care hospital in Dallas, Texas on a 13-week contract. The unit uses Meditech and typically sees about 1 therapist for 12-14 patients.

• Evaluate patients and establish therapy plans
• Deliver treatment sessions and monitor progress
• Document assessments and interventions in Meditech
• Collaborate with the care team on patient goals
• Educate patients and families on mobility and home exercises

• Texas Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification
• Acute care experience
• Inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, or SNF experience
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program

• ICU experience
• Wound care experience
