Travel Physical Therapist in Meeker, CO

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide therapy care in a critical access hospital on a 13-week contract in Meeker, Colorado.

• Evaluate patient needs and functional limitations
• Develop and update treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercise and mobility interventions
• Use manual therapy and other rehab techniques as appropriate
• Educate patients and families on home exercise and recovery
• Document treatment progress and patient response
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team

• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license
• BLS/BCLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
