Travel Physical Therapist in Cumming, GA

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide outpatient rehabilitation care in an acute care hospital setting for a 13-week contract in Cumming, Georgia. The caseload includes pelvic health and orthopedic rehabilitation, including post-op, spine, lower extremity, and sports patients.

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans
• Provide pelvic health and orthopedic rehabilitation
• Treat post-op, spine, lower extremity, and sports cases
• Document patient progress and adjust care plans
• Educate patients on recovery and home exercise
• Collaborate with the care team to support outcomes

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Georgia Physical Therapist license
• American Heart Association BLS
• 2 years of specialty Physical Therapist experience
• Herman & Wallace Level 1 certification or APTA pelvic health certification
• Strong orthopedic experience in post-op, spine, lower extremity, and sports care
