Travel Physical Therapist in Bethel, AK

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide full-time outpatient and inpatient physical therapy care in hospital and village-based settings for a 17-week contract in Bethel, Alaska. Care spans all ages, diagnoses, and patient-specific plans. Evidence-based treatment and cultural respect guide the work.

• Evaluate patients across the lifespan
• Develop individualized plans of care
• Deliver outpatient and inpatient therapy interventions
• Apply therapeutic exercise and modalities
• Document progress and treatment responses
• Communicate with medical staff and families
• Adapt care for age-specific and cultural needs

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Active Alaska Physical Therapist license in good standing or completed FSBPT paperwork for student physical therapist status
• Current BLS certification
• 3 years of physical therapist experience
• Strong written, verbal, and documentation skills

• Hospital-based physical therapy experience
