Travel Physical Therapist in Anchorage, AK

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide outpatient rehabilitation for adults and geriatrics during a 15-week contract in Anchorage, Alaska. The unit serves neuro, orthopedic, and medically complex patients, uses Epic, and is in a Magnet Level II Trauma hospital. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Evaluate outpatient patients and establish treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, and functional mobility care
• Treat neuro, orthopedic, and medically complex conditions
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery goals
• Document progress and care plans in Epic
• Monitor response to therapy and adjust interventions as needed

• Alaska Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification
• 1 year of Physical Therapist experience
• Epic charting experience
• Outpatient neuro and orthopedic rehabilitation skills
