Travel Pharmacist in Lancaster, OH

A Travel Pharmacist will review and dispense medication orders, monitor drug therapy, and support drug information in an acute care hospital in Lancaster, Ohio for a 13-week contract. The role supports medication use, emergency preparation, and coordination with pharmacy technicians.

• Review and validate medication orders
• Dispense prescriptions accurately
• Monitor therapy for appropriateness and effectiveness
• Provide drug information to clinicians and patients
• Assist with emergency medication preparation and supplies
• Coordinate pharmacy technician activities

• Active Ohio pharmacy license in good standing
• Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited pharmacy program
• 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience
• Strong communication and human relation skills
