Travel Pharmacist in Honolulu, HI

A Travel Pharmacist will support medication management and clinical pharmacy services in an acute care hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii on a 13-week contract. This level 3 trauma hospital serves a 150-500 bed setting.

• Review medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
• Prepare and dispense medications according to hospital protocols
• Support pharmacists, nurses, and providers with medication questions
• Monitor for drug interactions, allergies, and dosing concerns
• Assist with controlled substance handling and inventory processes
• Provide clinical pharmacy support for diverse adult and pediatric patients

• Active Hawaii Pharmacist license prior to start
• ACLS certification
• BLS/BCLS certification
• PALS certification
• NRP certification
