A Travel Pharmacist will support medication dispensing and clinical pharmacy services in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Austin, Texas. The pharmacy uses Meditech and has a team of about 60 staff.

• Verify medication orders for accuracy
• Prepare and dispense medications safely
• Monitor therapy for clinical issues
• Answer drug information questions
• Coordinate with physicians and technicians
• Document interventions in pharmacy records
• Support medication reconciliation activities

• Active Texas Pharmacist license
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited program
• Hospital pharmacy experience
• Core clinical pharmacy skills
