Travel PACU RN in Bay City, MI

A Travel Post Anesthesia Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide recovery care for patients in the PACU of an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Bay City, Michigan. The unit focuses on vital sign monitoring, airway support, pain and nausea management, and assessment for bleeding or anesthesia-related complications.

• Monitor vital signs and level of consciousness during recovery
• Maintain airway patency and support respiratory function
• Administer medications and fluids for pain and nausea control
• Assess surgical sites, dressings, and recovery status
• Identify anesthesia-related complications and respond to emergencies
• Document patient status and coordinate with the care team

• BLS certification
• Michigan Registered Nurse license
