Travel OR RN in Wichita, KS

A Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse will assist with surgical care in an acute care hospital operating room for a 13-week contract in Wichita, Kansas. The unit uses Meditech and CPN and supports robotics and complex surgical cases.

• Prepare operating rooms and surgical supplies
• Circulate cases across orthopedic, GYN, general, urology and other specialties
• Assist surgeons and anesthesia teams during procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and surgical safety
• Monitor patients before, during and after surgery
• Document care in the EMR and coordinate with staff and providers

• Kansas Registered Nurse license
• 1-year current acute care operating room Registered Nurse hospital experience
• BLS and ACLS

• DaVinci Robotics experience
• Orthopedic, neurology and vascular experience
• Meditech experience
