Travel OR RN in Augusta, GA

A Travel Adult Operating Room Registered Nurse will support surgical patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Augusta, Georgia. The role works with an interdisciplinary perioperative team and provides safe, individualized care in a setting centered on evidence-based practice and patient advocacy.

• Prepare the operating room and support surgical cases
• Maintain a sterile field and assist the surgical team during procedures
• Monitor patient safety before, during, and after surgery
• Coordinate perioperative care with licensed and unlicensed team members
• Document patient care and reinforce infection prevention practices
• Advocate for patient needs and support family communication as appropriate

• Current Georgia Registered Nurse license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Perioperative nursing knowledge
• Safe, individualized patient care skills
