Travel OR RN in Weston, FL

A Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse will support adult and geriatric surgical care in a teaching hospital on a 13-week contract in Weston, Florida. The unit has 18 rooms and an average daily census of 55-60. Epic charting is used.

• Support liver, heart, lung, and kidney transplant cases
• Assist with organ implantation and surgical preparation
• Maintain sterile technique and universal protocol
• Handle surgical instruments, specimens, and labeling
• Collaborate with the surgical team during complex cases
• Provide perioperative care for adult and geriatric patients

• Florida Registered Nurse license or pending licensure
• 2 years of direct liver/transplant operating room experience
• BLS and ACLS certification
• NIHSS before start
• Experience with transplant surgery and organ implantation
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• Epic charting system experience
