Travel OR RN in Bradenton, FL

A Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse will provide perioperative nursing care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Bradenton, Florida. The unit has 15 operating room suites, a 1:1 patient ratio, Meditech charting and a Level II trauma designation, with ortho, burn, spine, urology, trauma, general, robotics, gynecology and plastics cases.

• Assist with orthopedic, burn, spine, urology, trauma, general, robotics, gynecology and plastic cases
• Prepare the operating room and verify supplies and equipment
• Support sterile technique and intraoperative coordination
• Monitor patient status during procedures and respond to changes
• Document perioperative care in Meditech
• Follow AORN guidelines and unit policies

• Current Florida Registered Nurse license
• 1 year of trauma operating room experience
• 1 year of orthopedic operating room experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• Burn operating room experience
• Plastic surgery operating room experience
• Meditech experience
