Travel OR RN in Plano, TX

A Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse will provide perioperative nursing care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Plano, Texas. The unit handles orthopedic, neuro/spine, robotics, plastics, and Level 1 trauma cases, uses Meditech, and runs at a 1:1 ratio.

• Prepare operating rooms and maintain sterile technique
• Circulate and assist with orthopedic, neuro/spine, robotics, plastics, and trauma cases
• Support surgical teams during Level 1 trauma procedures
• Monitor patients and respond to changes in condition
• Document perioperative care in Meditech
• Coordinate equipment, supplies, and case turnover

• Active Texas Registered Nurse license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Operating room perioperative nursing skills
• Sterile technique, circulating, and scrub experience
