Travel OR RN in Georgetown, TX

A Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse will support surgical cases in the operating room during a 13-week contract in Georgetown, Texas. The unit uses Meditech, has a 1:1 patient ratio, and handles orthopedic, general surgery, robotic urology, breast oncology, podiatry, and ENT cases.

• Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures
• Assist the surgical team during a broad mix of cases
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgery
• Maintain sterile technique and support infection prevention
• Document perioperative care in the electronic chart
• Coordinate supplies and equipment for surgical cases

• Active Texas Registered Nurse license
• ACLS certification
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Operating room nursing skills
• Perioperative assessment and documentation skills

• Experience with orthopedic and general surgery cases
• Experience with robotic urology, breast oncology, podiatry, and ENT cases
