Travel OR RN in Asheville, NC

A Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse will provide perioperative care in an operating room for a 13-week contract in Asheville, North Carolina. The hospital is a Magnet-designated, Level II trauma center and comprehensive stroke center with Cerner charting.

• Provide perioperative nursing care for surgical patients
• Prepare the operating room and coordinate needed supplies
• Assist with general, GYN, robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, burn, and trauma cases
• Maintain sterile technique and patient safety during procedures
• Document care in Cerner and communicate with the surgical team

• North Carolina Registered Nurse license
• Advanced operating room experience with joint, neuro, orthopedic, and vascular cases
• Broad surgical experience in general, GYN, robotics, plastic surgery, urology, burn, and trauma cases
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
