Travel Oncology RN in Tallahassee, FL

A Travel Oncology Registered Nurse will care for adults on a medical oncology unit in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Tallahassee, Florida. The 33-bed unit uses Meditech, remote telemetry, and a 1:6 ratio. Hourly rounding supports patient experience.

• Provide oncology nursing care for adult patients
• Monitor status, telemetry, and treatment response
• Administer medications and support symptom management
• Coordinate care with the charge nurse and team
• Document assessments and interventions in Meditech
• Reinforce patient education and hourly rounding

• Current Florida Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Strong assessment, communication, and prioritization skills

• Med Surg, Palliative Care, or ONS specialty certification
