Travel Oncology RN in Tallahassee, FL

A Travel Oncology Registered Nurse will care for medical oncology patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Tallahassee, Florida. The unit uses Meditech, supports inpatient chemotherapy, and maintains a 1:6 ratio with telemetry monitoring.

• Assess oncology patients and coordinate daily nursing care
• Administer medications and support inpatient chemotherapy
• Monitor telemetry and respond to changes in patient condition
• Document assessments, treatments, and patient responses in Meditech
• Collaborate with charge nurse, techs, and unit secretary
• Provide hourly rounding and patient education

• Florida Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Oncology nursing skills

• Med-surg specialty certification
• Palliative care experience
• ONS certification
