Travel Occupational Therapist in Seattle, WA

A Travel Occupational Therapist will provide acute care rehabilitation services in a hospital on a 13-week contract in Seattle, Washington. The caseload includes adults and geriatrics in an inpatient orthopedic unit, with day-of-surgery patients. Epic charting is used.

• Assess mobility, self-care, and discharge needs
• Develop and update plans of care
• Provide adaptive equipment training and safety education
• Support transfers, functional mobility, and home exercise guidance
• Coordinate with therapy, radiology, social services, and transportation teams
• Document evaluations, reassessments, and treatment progress

• Washington Occupational Therapist license
• BLS and NBCOT
• 2 years of acute care occupational therapy experience
• Assessment, discharge planning, reassessment, and patient education skills

• Epic charting system experience
• ICU experience
