Travel Occupational Therapist in Seattle, WA

A Travel Occupational Therapist will provide acute care rehabilitation in a hospital setting on a 13-week contract in Seattle, Washington. The unit serves adults and uses any charting system.

• Evaluate adult patients and develop occupational therapy plans
• Support activities of daily living, feeding and functional mobility
• Use therapeutic modalities, edema management and biofeedback as indicated
• Fabricate and fit splints and orthoses
• Address upper extremity, cardiac and orthopedic rehabilitation needs
• Document care and coordinate with the care team

• Washington Occupational Therapist license
• BLS and NBCOT certification
• 1 year of acute care occupational therapy experience
• Acute care rehabilitation, ADL support, splinting and therapeutic modality skills
• Cardiac, orthopedic and prosthetic rehabilitation experience
• Charting system experience
