A Travel Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat residents in a skilled nursing facility in Salinas, California, on a 13-week contract. Net Health documentation is used, and the role serves a rehabilitation-focused patient population. New graduates are welcome.

• Assess residents' functional status and therapy needs
• Develop and carry out treatment plans
• Provide occupational therapy interventions to support daily living skills
• Document evaluations, progress, and treatment in Net Health
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Monitor outcomes and adjust care plans as needed

• California Occupational Therapist license, or in process under 60-day rule
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Collaborative communication skills
