A Travel Occupational Therapist will provide rehabilitation care in a skilled nursing facility on a 13-week contract in Monterey, California. The role uses NetHealth (Rehab Optima) and supports post-acute residents with functional recovery.

• Evaluate residents and establish occupational therapy plans
• Provide treatment to improve daily living skills and functional independence
• Guide adaptive technique and safety training
• Document assessments, progress, and care plans in NetHealth (Rehab Optima)
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and care planning teams
• Educate patients and families on home exercise and discharge needs

• Active California Occupational Therapist license
• 1 year of skilled nursing facility experience
• NetHealth (Rehab Optima) experience
• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
