Travel Occupational Therapist in Lagrange, GA

A Travel Occupational Therapist will provide rehabilitative care in an acute care hospital for a 13-week contract in Lagrange, Georgia. The role supports patients across the full continuum with activities of daily living, functional mobility, cognition, strength, coordination, and range of motion.

• Assess function in activities of daily living, mobility, cognition, strength, coordination, and range of motion
• Plan and implement individualized rehabilitation treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic activities to restore or improve functional performance
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions based on response
• Educate patients on home exercise and adaptive strategies
• Collaborate with the care team to support discharge planning and continuity of care

• Georgia Occupational Therapist license
• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
