Travel Occupational Therapist in Florence, SC

A Travel Occupational Therapist will provide inpatient rehabilitation care in a hospital-based acute care unit in Florence, South Carolina on a 13-week contract. Epic charting supports a collaborative rehab setting focused on recovery and functional independence.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to improve daily living skills, upper-extremity function, and mobility
• Support cognitive, perceptual, and self-care recovery
• Document treatment plans, progress, and discharge needs in Epic
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation staff on care coordination

• South Carolina or multistate compact Occupational Therapist license at start of contract
• BLS certification
• NBCOT certification
• 1 year of experience in occupational therapy
• Prior travel experience
