Travel Occupational Therapist in Florence, SC

A Travel Occupational Therapist will provide acute care rehabilitation in a hospital-based unit for a 13-week contract in Florence, South Carolina. The role documents in Epic and supports an acute care setting.

• Evaluate patients and develop occupational therapy plans
• Provide treatment to support daily living and functional independence
• Document assessments, interventions, and progress in the chart
• Collaborate with the care team on discharge planning
• Educate patients and families on home exercise and safety
• Adapt interventions to changing acute care needs

• Active South Carolina or multistate compact Occupational Therapist license at start of contract
• BLS certification
• NBCOT certification
• 1 year acute care experience
• Prior travel experience
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program
