Travel Nuclear Medicine Tech in Fayetteville, NC

A Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist will support nuclear imaging services in a short-term acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Fayetteville, North Carolina. First-time travelers are welcome. The unit serves neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics in a Level III trauma, teaching hospital and uses Epic.

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging studies for patients across age groups
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals per protocol
• Operate imaging equipment and monitor image quality
• Collaborate with radiology and care teams for patient preparation and safety
• Assist with PET imaging studies when scheduled
• Document exams and maintain accurate records

• BLS certification
• 1 year of nuclear medicine experience
• Prior travel experience
• Hospital setting experience

• PET imaging experience
• Previous charge experience
