Travel NICU RN in Asheville, NC

A Travel Neonatal Intensive Care Registered Nurse will provide care for critically ill newborns in a Level III NICU on a 13-week contract in Asheville, North Carolina. The unit has 51 beds, uses Cerner, and manages assignments from 1:1 to 1:4.

• Monitor neonatal status and respond to changes in condition
• Administer medications and support therapies for high-acuity infants
• Assist with ventilator and respiratory support for newborns
• Perform assessments, vital signs, and ongoing care planning
• Document care and coordinate with the neonatal team in Cerner
• Educate and support families through the NICU stay

• North Carolina Registered Nurse license
• NRP certification
• 2 years of Level III or higher NICU experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• STABLE certification
• NIC-RNC certification
