Travel NICU RN in Asheville, NC

A Travel Neonatal Intensive Care Registered Nurse will care for critically ill newborns in a hospital NICU on a 13-week contract in Asheville, North Carolina. The unit has 51 beds, patient ratios range from 1:1 to 1:4, and Cerner is used for charting.

• Assess and monitor premature and critically ill newborns
• Administer medications and IV therapies
• Support ventilator and respiratory care
• Collaborate with the care team for plan updates
• Document care and changes in Cerner
• Educate and support families at the bedside

• North Carolina Registered Nurse license
• NRP certification
• Level III or higher NICU experience, 2 years or more

• Stable certification
• NIC-RNC certification
