Travel Medical Assistant in Seattle, WA

A Travel Medical Assistant will support an electrophysiology clinic during a 13-week contract in Seattle, Washington. It serves adults and geriatrics in an 8-room unit using EPIC.

The role combines patient rooming with administrative support in a clinic setting.

• Room patients and obtain vital signs, height, weight, and pulse oximetry
• Obtain 12-lead EKGs and assist with heart monitor placement
• Support medication refill requests and follow-up phone calls
• Prepare charts and help manage inbasket messages
• Document clinic information in EPIC
• Assist with day-to-day electrophysiology clinic workflows

• BLS certification
• Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant credential
• 1 year of Medical Assistant experience
• EPIC experience
• Accredited medical assistant training

• Cardiology clinic experience
• Primary care clinic experience
• Telephone triage and follow-up communication
• Insurance verification, authorization forms, and pharmacy refill requests
