Travel Medical Assistant in Lynnwood, WA

A Travel Medical Assistant Certified will support a primary care outpatient clinic in Lynnwood, Washington on a 13-week contract. The unit serves adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics; EPIC experience is preferred, and first-time travelers are welcome.

• Room patients and collect vital signs, height, weight, and health histories
• Assist with medication administration, immunizations, and blood glucose checks
• Prepare specimens and perform lab and urine collection tasks
• Support in-office testing such as EKGs, hearing, vision, and pulse oximetry
• Provide patient follow-up calls, refill support, and appointment scheduling
• Set up sterile trays and maintain supplies for clinic procedures

• Medical Assistant-Certified credential
• BLS certification
• 6 months of Medical Assistant-Certified experience in an adult or pediatric outpatient clinic
• General and family practice clinic skills
• Washington state medical assistant certification

• EPIC charting system experience
• Cardiology clinic experience
• Venipuncture, wound care, and biopsy support
• Insurance verification and supply ordering
