Travel Medical Assistant in Issaquah, WA

A Travel Medical Assistant Certified will support primary care patients in a clinic in Issaquah, Washington on a 13-week contract. The role supports adult outpatient and internal medicine visits, Medicare wellness exams, and Epic charting with interpretation services across age groups.

• Room patients and record histories, medications, and allergies
• Obtain vital signs and 12-lead EKGs
• Assist with immunizations, nebulizer treatments, and TB testing
• Collect and label throat, urine, and blood specimens
• Perform point-of-care testing, including glucose and respiratory swabs
• Handle telephone triage, refill requests, and follow-up calls
• Remove sutures and support routine office tasks

• Washington Medical Assistant-Certified credential
• Certified Medical Assistant credential
• Basic Life Support certification
• 1 year of recent medical assistant experience in an adult outpatient or internal medicine clinic
• Epic charting system experience
