Travel Medical Assistant in Edmonds, WA

A Travel Medical Assistant Certified Medical Assistant will support adult hematology and oncology patients in a clinic in Edmonds, Washington on a 13-week contract. The unit handles about 150 visits per day, has 13 rooms and 19 beds, and uses Epic.

• Room patients and obtain vital signs
• Record histories, medications, and allergies
• Assist with immunizations, injections, and EKGs
• Collect, label, and process specimens
• Support telephone triage and follow-up calls
• Prepare charts, schedule visits, and review lab results

• Washington MA-C license
• BLS certification
• 1 year of medical assistant experience
• Epic charting experience

• Vision testing
• Nebulizer treatments
• Urine collection and TB test administration
• Sterile tray setup and biopsy support
