Travel Medical Assistant in Olympia, WA

A Travel Medical Assistant will support rooming, chart prep, and patient communication in an outpatient cardiology clinic on a 13-week contract in Olympia, Washington. Epic charting is used, and first-time travelers are welcome.

• Room patients and prepare charts
• Take vital signs and collect patient histories, medications, and allergies
• Answer patient questions by phone and patient portal messages
• Support immunizations, nebulizer treatments, and basic screenings
• Collect specimens and assist with urine tests, throat swabs, and venipuncture
• Handle telephone triage, follow-up calls, suture removal, and refill requests

• Washington Medical Assistant-Certified license
• BLS certification
• One year of medical assistant experience
• Epic charting experience
