Travel Medical Assistant in Cambridge, MA

A Travel Medical Assistant will support hematology and oncology care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The unit uses Epic and blends phlebotomy with front desk support in a busy specialty setting.

• Obtain vital signs and prepare patients for visits
• Perform venipuncture and collect specimens
• Document care and patient information in Epic
• Support front desk tasks and patient flow
• Assist nurses and providers with clinical duties
• Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and equipment

• Current phlebotomy venipuncture experience
• Epic experience
• BLS
• Annual Core Competency
• Medical Assistant, PCA, or CNA background

• Medical Assistant certification
• Front desk experience
