Travel Medical Assistant in Beverly Hills, CA

A Travel Medical Assistant will support an outpatient clinic in Beverly Hills, California on a 13-week contract. This admin-only role focuses on Epic scheduling, patient registration, and provider pool inbox management with limited patient-facing work.

• Schedule appointments and manage patient registration
• Monitor Epic inboxes and route messages to the right provider pool
• Handle follow-up calls and refill request coordination
• Prepare charts and maintain accurate patient records
• Support front office workflow and basic administrative tasks
• Order supplies and keep work areas stocked

• Medical Assistant diploma from a DAPIP-accredited program
• High school diploma or GED and BLS certification from AHA or ARC
• 2 years of outpatient clinic experience
• 1 to 2 years of Epic experience
• Appointment scheduling, patient registration, and provider pool management skills
• Typing speed of 40 to 45 WPM
