Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Weatherford, TX

A Travel Med Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide bedside care for adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients in a hospital unit on a 13-week contract in Weatherford, Texas. The unit uses Meditech charting and supports general med-surg care.

• Assess and monitor medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Start IV access and support ordered treatments
• Manage NG tubes, Foley catheters, and dressing changes
• Assist with ADLs and bedside reporting
• Use hourly rounding and service recovery to support patient experience
• Document care and coordinate with the care team

• Active Texas Registered Nurse license or compact Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
• 2+ years of medical-surgical/telemetry experience
• 2+ years of hospital experience
