Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in San Antonio, TX

A Travel Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse will care for oncology and telemetry patients in a hospital unit in San Antonio, Texas on a 13-week contract. The unit has 15 beds, uses Meditech, and works with a 1:5 patient ratio.

• Assess oncology and telemetry patients and report changes
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to abnormalities
• Administer medications and coordinate ordered treatments
• Document care in Meditech
• Collaborate with the care team on patient plans
• Support admissions, discharges, and patient education

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse program
• Telemetry nursing skills
• Oncology patient care skills
