Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Washington Court House, OH

A Travel Med Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care in a critical access hospital on a 13-week contract in Washington Court House, Ohio. The unit cares for patients from telemetry to PCU level with a 1:5 to 1:6 ratio.

• Provide direct patient care
• Assess patient conditions and monitor outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments
• Develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, teams, patients, and families
• Support patient education and discharge planning

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• 3+ years of experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• EPIC charting experience
• Pyxis medication system experience
• HARP/CPI training
