Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Washington Court House, OH

A Travel Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care in a hospital on a 13-week contract in Washington Court House, Ohio. This critical access hospital cares for therapy-level to PCU-level patients with a 1:5 to 1:6 ratio and uses EPIC.

• Assess patient conditions and monitor outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments
• Develop individualized nursing care plans
• Recognize and respond to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and care teams
• Educate patients and support discharge planning

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• 3+ years of RN experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• EPIC experience
• Pyxis experience
• HARP/CPI experience
