Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Simpsonville, SC

A Travel Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide adult inpatient care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Simpsonville, South Carolina. The unit serves adults and geriatrics with orthopedic and bariatric patients and uses Epic. It is a 25-bed unit with a night ratio of 1:6.

• Monitor telemetry and interpret dysrhythmias
• Administer medications and blood products
• Manage central and peripheral lines
• Provide oxygen therapy and EKG support
• Implement isolation precautions and PPE
• Coordinate care with therapy, respiratory, pharmacy, and rapid response teams

• South Carolina Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• 2 years of med surg/tele experience
• 1 year of Epic experience
• Blood product administration, central line care, and dysrhythmia interpretation skills
