Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Greer, SC

A Travel Med Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide care for adult and geriatric patients in a hospital med surg telemetry unit on a 13-week contract in Greer, South Carolina. The 36-bed unit uses Epic charting and supports an average daily census of 30.

• Monitor telemetry rhythms and report changes
• Assess adult and geriatric patients
• Administer medications and support treatments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary support services
• Document care and patient responses
• Escalate clinical changes promptly

• South Carolina Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• 2 years of telemetry experience
• 1 year of Epic experience
• Telemetry proficiency and EKG testing
