Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Simpsonville, SC

A Travel Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide direct care for adults and older adults in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Simpsonville, South Carolina. The unit focuses on orthopedic, bariatric and telemetry patients and uses Epic documentation.

• Assess and monitor med surg / telemetry patients
• Administer medications and blood products
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and report changes
• Manage central and peripheral lines
• Support oxygen therapy and isolation precautions
• Coordinate care with therapy, pharmacy and other services

• South Carolina Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS and NIHSS
• 2 years of experience in field
• 1 year of Epic experience
• 3 years of med surg / telemetry experience for first-time travelers
• Central line care, peripheral line care and dysrhythmia interpretation
