Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Mayfield Heights, OH

A Travel Med Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients in a hospital unit on a 13-week contract in Mayfield Heights, Ohio.

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and patient status
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Assess patients and respond to changes in condition
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact license
• AHA BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• 18 months of permanent med-surg telemetry experience
