Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Glendale, CA

A Travel Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide coordinated nursing care for assigned patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Glendale, California.

• Assess patient status and prioritize nursing care
• Deliver med surg and telemetry nursing interventions
• Monitor response to treatment and report changes
• Administer medications and support ordered therapies
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff
• Supervise assigned nursing staff and coordinate care
• Maintain accurate documentation and safe patient handoffs

• Current California Registered Nurse license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Med surg and telemetry clinical skills
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Independent clinical judgment and sound decision-making
• Safe medication administration and documentation skills
