Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Garfield Heights, OH

A Travel Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide inpatient nursing care and telemetry monitoring on a hospital unit during a 13-week contract in Garfield Heights, Ohio. The role supports adult med surg patients, cardiac rhythm observation, and safe medication delivery.

• Assess patients and update care plans
• Monitor telemetry rhythms and report changes promptly
• Administer medications and IV therapies safely
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Document nursing care and patient responses
• Educate patients and families on recovery and follow-up
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse license or multistate compact license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• NIHSS certification before start
• 12 months permanent med surg/telemetry experience

• Recent med surg/telemetry manager reference
