Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Fayetteville, NC

An Travel Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse will care for adult medical and telemetry patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Fayetteville, North Carolina. This unit uses Epic, has a 1:5-6 ratio, and is a Level III trauma center and teaching hospital.

• Monitor telemetry readings and report changes
• Assess medical-surgical patients and update care plans
• Administer medications and IV therapies
• Coordinate treatments with the interdisciplinary team
• Document assessments, interventions, and responses in Epic
• Support admissions, discharges, and patient education

• North Carolina Registered Nurse license
• 2 years of medical-surgical/telemetry experience
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIH Stroke Scale certification
