Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Concord, MA

A Travel Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide adult patient care on a medical-surgical telemetry unit in Concord, Massachusetts on a 13-week contract. Meditech charting is used for day-to-day documentation, and the role centers on monitoring patients who need ongoing telemetry support and routine med-surg care.

• Assess adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and report changes in patient status
• Administer medications and support treatment plans
• Document care and observations in the charting system
• Coordinate care with physicians and other team members
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge needs

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA
• 3 years of medical-surgical or telemetry experience
• Travel nursing experience
• Telemetry experience
• Meditech charting experience
